Greetings dear ones we come to guide andsupport and to help YOU move out of the illusion that dissolves as wecommunicate. Much is breaking down and dissolving across the planet and it isvital that this is detached from. Hearing “problems”,throat “problems”, stomach “problems” will all indicate and change in frequencyof the human. Where there have been blocks, whether ancestral or related tothis human life experience the energies will start to move them. We note the outpouring of concern across theplanet for the way that animals are killed in preparation for food. This willchange dear ones, as many will not able to consume the flesh of an animal thatis killed in fear. The vibration will not sit well within the human body andwill not be tolerated by the body. The vibration if not stable, andthis happens at times of major energy fluxes across the planet, will nottolerate food very well. The imagesthat are being placed around the world are there to highlight what is wrongwith society, to show how ALL are not held in equal loving terms. That is allthat is highlighted. This is also again why we guide that we will not revealourselves immediately across planet earth. It is too much for the humans whoare not awake to process. The power that is NOW is the power that isworked with dear ones. The paradise is in full view but those in illusion willnot be able to FEEL it. Everything is in full view; it depends on the level offilter the human applies to the view. 從沉睡到覺醒，如果讓越多的人知道，他們就越不會感到恐懼，當有一天我們的宇宙兄弟姐妹到來的時候。我們可以告訴我們的朋友關於這方面的事，因為媒體總是在這方面做的不是很好。

你們的無限天性（limitless nature）變得越來越不可忽視了。心中擁有信仰，感覺它魔法般地照耀著你。
我們的道路看上去可能會各不相同的，但是在我們的內心深處卻深深地根植著愛，讓我們的道路連接在了一起。在我們的身邊，有很多無法看到的事正在發生，尤其對於我們的地球母親。現在，我們聽說了很多關於地震和洪水的事情，但還會有更多。媒體只報導了現在地球真正在發生的事的一部分。
那些尋求答案的人將會通過他自己找到它們。真相是：改變（changes）是更加強大的，任何人都難以想像。我們的星球將要鑽出它那古老的軀殼，提升到更高的頻率（higher frequency），伴隨著居住在她身上的一切事物。和人類在生病時需要清理身體一樣，地球也需要清理。

一點也不需要感到奇怪。人們會通過他們自己的方式來接受這些新的事物。有的人會大叫，有的人會感到高興，有的感到害怕，頭暈等等。事實上，你只需做的一件事就是：微笑。你將要覺醒，成為以前那個你完全忘記的人。那些還在睡夢中的人們將會感到巨大的震驚（biggest shock），因為他們害怕離開這個三維世界（3-D world）。

人們會從各方面得到幫助。當一個人必須離開原來的地方的時候，恐懼會很容易產生。每一件事情都有它發生的時間，有的人總是希望看到同樣的事物，能夠讓他們感到安全的事物。這就是為什麼‘接觸’被擱置了很長的時間。
這次外在的接觸（outer contact）也是內在的接觸（inner contact）… 要找到內在的本質是永無止境的。時機到的時候，我們的銀河艦隊（navy of Galaxies），我們的宇宙朋友將會到來，顯現在我們的天空中… 以至於每一個人都能毫無疑問地清晰地看到。同時，各種資訊將會通過電視和收音機傳播全世界。
然後，將會制定神聖的宇宙計畫，讓我們所有的人覺醒。改變會是高興的，對你們來說是振奮的。現在地球的能量提升得很高了，讓我們準備好這次已經等待很久的大轉變吧！下面舉一個例子：一個來自昴宿星（Pleiades）的宇宙人，叫做Shimro，就像我們人類一樣，他打算在我們之間進行飛碟旅行。他穿上戴著徽章（badges）的太空制服。他的嘴唇微笑著，照射出慈祥和喜悅。
這一點也並不會讓人感到不可思議。在成千上萬年前，他們被那時的人所看到，被認為是“來自天上的神（the gods from above）”。現在，人們才剛剛開始探索太空，並且他們的飛行器是笨拙的。他們和自然爭鬥，違背宇宙法則，而不知道與大自然和平共處。

大多數人都不瞭解在這背後所發生的事情。當窗簾被拉開的時候，他們就很容易感到震驚。那麼，我們建議你深呼吸一下。這不是由於他們（外星人）的關係，這是關於我們肩負起為我們的星球以及我們自己的重大責任。作為這個大家庭的一員。
但是現在我們為什麼看不到他們？因為他們在另外一個維度和現實中，也就是另外一種光的頻率和振動。你們的眼睛只能識別某段頻率的光線，然後通過你們的大腦把這些光線翻譯成一張張畫面。存在于現實的一切事物都只是光的振動頻率（vibrations of light），它們組成了物質。這些都將會被世界上的科學所承認（譯注：指量子科學）。一切事物都是能量，能量不會消失，只會改變形式。

All issues apart form First Contact draw nearer and that gives our allies every opportunity to push for an early outcome. With the expected big increase in levels of consciousness following 11.11.11 , the stage will be set for the outworking of the final needs to achieve success. It can no longer be delayed and you shall be aware of its commencement.

The dark Ones are clearly in retreat, but do not go gracefully and would rather have their last attempts to create chaos. However, they will not have that pleasure as we are already aware of their plans. They are no longer entitled to the level of freewill that they have previously enjoyed. It is with joy that we intercede in their actions, and they know that their freedom is soon to be taken from them. Our allies with our help are gradually putting the dark Ones where they can no longer carry out the heinous acts. They are effectively being taken out of your society so that you may proceed unhindered with the work of the Light.

We note that more people than ever are becoming aware of Ascension, and are seriously investigating what it will mean to them. Fortunately there are so many of you that are sufficiently enlightened, that they do not have to go far to find their answers. The fact that there is more than one time line allows them to consider a number of possibilities, and that will enlarge their outlook and understanding. Given time the whole picture will become clear, as we are also involved in making sure you all have a good idea of what is ahead of you. Changes there must be, but in the nature of advancement and progress to place you on the path to Ascension, and beyond. It is all part of your planned evolution, and deep down you know this to be true.

The period you are in now is for some unreal, as they are new to the idea of such far reaching changes. It matters not of which beliefs you hold, as the outcome will be the same, and you will learn more about the Supreme Creator and the Gods. They have also been creators of all you see in your physical existence, and we talk of the beginning of your journey into the lower dimensions. As you are beginning to understand, there have been other Beings in more recent times who have also presented themselves as Gods. In your history they are known as the Annunaki of the planet Nibiru, and responsible for much of the information that is held and used by religious bodies. This is another area that we will clarify, and in so doing it will enable people to come together with common beliefs that reflect the truth.

Ask yourself if you are able to live and work in the Light at all times, and can you look at another soul and only see the best in them. Treating others as your equal and acknowledging the Oneness of All Life. If you can, have no fears as to whether have lifted up your level of consciousness, as it would be quite apparent that you have.

A kind word or just a smile can lift up another person for quite a long time. That is the power you carry often without realizing the potential you have for doing good.

The financial woes continue to look serious in Europe , and those charged with finding a solution are not optimistic that they can find one. At best they can only put off the inevitable collapse that will quickly pass from one country to another, and the to other parts of the world, The answer does of course involve total change to a new system that puts a stop to the misuse of your money, and also safeguards its value. That is all waiting to come out as and when the right opportunity presents itself, and not before. So all we can ask is that you keep the solution in your mind, so as not to be distracted by any other happenings leading up to it.
